This year's Formula Hybrid competition is in Louden, New Hampshire. The standard gasoline class has regional and national comps. The Western is in Fontana I believe, and the national is in Nebraska because the track is cheaper apparently. Next year Formula Hybrid/Electric is moving there as well.
Apparently there is a large area of concrete that can be made into a great autocross course. I don't think there are any tracks there.
When I think Nebraska I think of an endless, flat field of corn. Now I guess there is an end to the corn and a start to the vast expanse of flat concrete.
At leat the shipping should be cheaper and quicker to Nebraska than going to NH by way of Boston like this year.
Why can't we just have it at Laguna Seca? This competition is perfect for Laguna. Electric = no fear about the noise Nazis.
