I know the feeling. For me it is not loss of height but bone density is in the medium range as measured last month. By the time I am 90(if I make that) I will duct tape a broom handle to my back to keep me upright. In the meantime I eat lots of yoghourt and drink lots of milk. Mind u I have lots of bone between the ears! Does that count?
