Birthday dinner (What is on the stove in the pictures) Mom wanted Bourbon St. Chicken for her birthday. So I made her Bourbon St. Chicken, white rice and stir fry vegetables. The stir fry veggies, I put about 2tbls of sesame oil in the wok, got it hot till it just started smoking, and then tossed in the veggies, added a little garlic powder and fish sauce to finish it off. Came out great! My favorite is the filo dough rolled spring rolls, deep fried and then dip them in fish sauce... I could eat that 24hrs a day everyday. I would weigh a ton...
