Is there a way to measure RPM (other than your tach)?
I'm wondering if there is a way to measure my RPM other than the tach.
I'm asking because my tach reads about 500-600 rpm at idle and that seems fine, if not a little high. I can't imagine pushing it up to 850-900 as that would seem really high.
So, I'm wondering how accurate my tach is - I'm not an electrical wizzard but I do own a multi-meter. Is there a way to test with that?
