That's not to say you will find the same ones hiking later in the day as well, but you are right, a good portion of younger SLO town wakes up later in the morning, just in time for lunch. Those are the ones who closed the bars and may not be your type.

This isn't a competition, just a friendly challenge. We are either both winners, both losers or a combination at the end. This is really to better yourself (and myself), stop making lame excuses for not getting our goals accomplished.

With that said, lunch time! Then study.

You make an excellent point, Dave. I thought about that when I was riding back. I do see girls jogging in the morning around campus. Not sure if they hike as well.

Either way, it seems like a better date activity than one for meeting girls. But there is still a good chance I can find someone while doing something like that.
