Balboa Park bike path. It's not too crowded, but people don't pay attention. Even when they do pay attention, see you coming towards them and they are in your lane, they still seem to not comprehend that someone is coming towards them at a high rate of speed and they need to get out of the way. Rules of the road apply to the bike path as well! Slower traffic to the right and stay out of the opposing bike lane when someone is using it appropriately!
