What if the cop say no, you can't go even after he tells you what he stop you for? Did he have the right to ask the driver to step out of the car? The passenger do not have to answer anyof his questions? So what if you ask for his watch commander, what if he say no to that? If that wasn't on video, you will end up with the short end of the stick. With azzhole like that, I assume play along, but deal with it later with his commander or...?
I am also wondering if you can use your phone during this whole ordeal? Call his watch commander right there and then? Can or are you allow to tape the dog sniffing or search?
I have meet azzhole like that. This guy use to whack me with his flash light because I told me to turn that thing off and don't shine it in my face. I was a 19 year old know it all punk.
