When you adjust the brake pedal, take it for a very easy drive and make sure the brake pedal isn't too close to the floor board. If it is too close, you won't be able to fully use your brakes. You'll know immediately.

Furthermore, if you want to make the car even easier to heel-toe, there are 2 bolts that hold the accelerator pedal to the floor. If you loosen the left side bolt, remove the right side bolt, and add 2 washers between the floor and pedal, it will tilt the top of the accelerator a little closer to the brake pedal. I did these two changes and it's shocking how easy it is to heel-toe downshift.

I vote that you should keep your whaletail. Not only do they reduce lift at speed, but they also aid cooling.
