I missed this the first time around-somebody else (sorry, didn't get name) mentioned Cisitalia and it certainly looks initially like a Cisitalia 202 but I think it is later and the twin exhausts are a clue. I think it is a Pinin Farina bodied Fazzaz from about 1953?
