So.....I can put any part on my car that lacks a "DOT" approval and the package says "off road use only" and still be street legal? In my state and most others, tires are not allowed to extend past the upper edge of the fender well, and the upper half of the tire cannot be visible from a following vehicle (mud flaps or body panels must cover the upper half of the tire, as viewed from the rear). And on and on. So....I don't think this vehicle is as much "street legal" as it is "acceptable" to LE.
But this truck does have one important advantage. It helps the driver forget about his issues of insecurity.
