I agree with you Mike. I just didn't want to be the bad guy to say it about going east. They are not so good, but there are pockets that are very nice, also once you go toward Hollywierd. They get nicer and nicer once you get past downtown going east. There's always Silverlake, or a back house in Frogtown. mainly working class, but not too bad.
