well wouldnt a HK USP FULL SIZE with 10rd mags be kalifornia compliant?
they make both 10 rd mags and 12 rd mags from the factory for them.
promag i think even makes 20rd mags for it. have heard good and bad with them so the jury is out on them.
so ya get 10+1 or 12+1 which is mo betterer than most 1911's which come standard with 7+1 mags.
