I guess the resale was over the $5 shipping , when I asked you to send the item US postal service flat rate for $10 insteadd of the $15 you wanted to charge.

The problem here is that you didn't ask for anything. You went ahead and made the payment without any response from me and essentially instructed me in the Paypal payment to use USPS Flat Rate and that being the reason for the reduced payment.
