My first was when I was 50, the Doc found a couple of polyps of the kind that "can turn cancerous". Five years later when I had my second one he shared with me that if I hadn't had the one at 50, there was a good chance I wouldn't have been around for the second one.
Get it done, the only thing that is bad is the day before.
