Which brings me to my final point, got the job offer. They all loved me.
They really want me but huge pay cut. Similar positions as nynor and Rick. I don't like my current job, don't feel fulfillment, feel like they may cut my current team any day now. New company, awesome people, awesome medical device, privately held company so huge (or not) opportunity for growth. Told them I would think about it and get back to them on Friday. Money isn't everything... especially when you are miserable.
