i would think that most 240V stuff will work just fine off 110V anyway.
except maybe stuf like coffee machines or other things with heating elements..
the little stuff will have a transformer built in .. check the label in the back, it will probably indicate dual voltages..
new cable, or plug and it will probably work just fine
