As I keep and continue to say...
Changing gears leads to a change in the gear stack tolerance which means re-shimming the gear stack and re-setting the pinion depth. This is not a trival change.
You will need some special tools to accomplish this beyond what my article outlines.
I highly reccomend getting the section of the factory tranny manuals for this since it does outline _exactly_ what you need to do set the stack shims and the pinion depth.
Oh and I'll second what John says. Tranny gears are expensive. Unless you have an over riding need to change the gear ratios, I wouldn't.
