Definitely IMS or chain tensioners - probably the tensioners. You might want to pull the fuse to the fuel pump, turn the car over for about 10-15 seconds and then put the fuse back in and start it up. If it still makes the noise, it's probably more likely to be the IMS than the tensioners, as by running the starter motor, you build pressure...
