It is getting to the point where one realizes that there is NO LATER...that is a beotch of a reckoning
Ventura is a working mans Santa Barbara...and is generally a nie place to live...
Hugh and Zeke complain about the heat inland...what a fking joke..come to LV and the desert in the Summertime...just turn your oven broiler on and stick you head in, that is the same as opening the door at midnight in the desert...
Hugh thinks he is going to turn the AC off at home if he is in Ventura...who are you fooling...
Return on investment on that Condo...if you rent it yeah..and if you want it as a cheaper retreat when you retire...maybe??? There are better quality of life places...than Ventura...
