An interestng side note: Alois Ruf was a guest speaker at last year's Zone 1 Tech Tactics and he spoke about these ducts on the Yellow Bird. He said that where they had placed them turned out to be a low pressure area and as a result the air wound up going backwards through the intercooler and out the duct! For this reason only the original car had them.
