So, this weekend was the warmest of the year here in Minden, Nv, and I just finished riding tbe Felt Z35 to Markleeville and back to Minden. The smell of spring was in the air all along the route, flowers blooming, the scent of a pine forest, and cattle from the ranches. One of the rewards of biking to Markleeville is stopping at one of the local establishments for a lite lunch before heading back.

Lots of bikers were in town and some talking about the Death Ride. Ebbits is still closed and

I'm not sure if the opened Monitor yet. I rode past the sign without noticing.

Any other East slope riders? Haven't rode on the West side or Bay area but, have been wanting to. Any good rides on the other side?
