I am slated for one of these in May. Has anybody out there had one? They tell me I will get a local anaesthetic. That may not be enough as I will likely supplement it by chewing on my leather belt. I know they will be looking at my enlarged prostate. Do any med. profs. know how long this takes? And is it possible that while they are in there(like a colonoscopy) they could shave off some of the prostate(as in turps procedure)? Is a catheter likely after the procedure? Any viewpoints would be appreciated. Pics not needed thanks of how they do it LOL
