99.99% of the time paint failure is a self inflicted wound .
it is always very wize to get TDS sheets of the products your using . if the jobber can't give them to you then you should not use there product or that jobber .
another good thing to do is just ask ! there are some very smart people on this site and we are very willing to help other DIY people out .
always remember the only dumb question is the one that is not asked !
