I try to keep you on the right path grasshopper. I think I will be selling mine soon. I have my bigger stage rig, the SVT-410 HLF with the PF-500 amp on top and it makes more sense to just add a 115 portaflex cab to that rig as a mix or match set up using the 500 for one or the other or both. My BA115HP has served me well though. Great amp.

J basses do growl ya just gotta find the right settings. I'm finding that out myself with the MIM fret less.
