The town was silent, then the guy on the dredging barge walks out and fires off a flare. The extent of our "wild" NYE in Morro bay... but we found other ways to amuse ourselves.  |
In-laws live across the street from the miniture horses, fun to watch as people slam on their brakes to stop and see them.
Used to "live" on a boat in Morro Bay on the weekends. Once the dredges were across the channel from us and the gnawing sound was 24/7 below the waterline. Crew was a bunch of laughs, good guys.
They sucked in a bouy that sank, guess it scared the sh** out of the crew until the got it out of the mouth of the dredge.
