I got an email back from the seller. I'm not going to follow-up and although like many suggest this has scam all over it, if someone wants the contact phone number PM me and I'm forward it. the name in the email checks out (quick google search) with the phone number and a business in Huntington Beach.
He says call and he will provide additional information and a flicker account with cars restoration photos.
