You can doubt craigslist or not, but I got my car on there 3 years back with a similar type ad, that sounded to good to be true and it worked out, but I poured over the car to look for accident damage or vin swap or any bogusneas and it checked out, you really have to know these cars to know what your lookin at, that said the flat bed pics a lil odd, maybe it was before it was sorted, or wasnt smogged yet or, just didnt want to risk driving it when its up for sale. If you want a fully documented car go to Truspeed or any internet resaler and pay 45-60k, biggest deal would be who built the motor, and what was replaced, reconditioned or reused, thats the unknowns that I d be checkin on, drive it, you ll know right off if its legit and sorted, no drive allowed or ride would be a big red flag for this sort a car given whats stated, good luck if you decide to entertain it
