A registration check on the Arizona Plate #ARM6422
shows the plate is still outstanding as of 04-29-2012 at 0900 hrs. The bad guys might use the plate on another car so keep your eyes peeled for the plate. I will watch for it in the Pacific NorthWest. Sorry about your loss.
