If you're referring to the 2010 speech by our present idiot-in-chief who subsequently ended the US manned space flight program and slashed NASA funding (while raising staff & budgets for the IRS, EBT cards, the oh-so-successful Departments of Education and Energy, HUD, the DOJ - since Holder is doing SUCH a great job never mind that little "Fast & Furious" thing, etc.) then please enlighten us as to how exactly our broke-ass country with no jobs is going to implement that vision? Oh yeah that's right, he was just pulling it out of his ass in a feeble attempt to mimic JFK, only with no real thoughts about whether we could or how to pull it off.
