Avoid Verizon at all cost. I have had nothing but trouble with Verizon since I signed up!
The only reason I went with Verizon is because after 10 years with DTV, they would not send me a DVR for free even though I would pay the extra monthly. We had been with them so long they didn't even want their STB's back. Oh, and their Internet is way too high$.
A few years ago we had another phone service provider. I think it was called MCA. Anyway, they had to pay Verizon for use of the lines in the city. Well, guess what? Verizon sabotaged every thing the could to make that just about impossible. I think we waited 3 months for service. Verizon at the time could hook us up in a week.
Tell me this isn't illegal.
Time to figure out something that is not a total fooking rip off.
