What about a bone stock 912E ? In stock form they are very good first to third gear, totally flat in fourth and fifth.
A fun car to drive but tops out around 85 mph, and that's difficult to get to. However good up to about 60mph. Brakes are weak but car only has about 85 HP. You would drive it as a momentum car.
