Seems this is the new model for sports pricing - first license a seat, and then purchase tickets. That is what Jerry Jones did here in Dallas when he build Jerry World (aka Cowboy Stadium).
I am hoping for some level of sanity and am hoping to split the PSL with a friend for three seats to make it somewhat affordable. I understood you could purchase the PSL for 5, 10 or 15 years.
Bernie and COTA has a 10-year F1 agreement, and, as others have noted, the PSL will give access to MotoGP, Australian Super V8's. I am really hoping the ALMS cars roll through town.
My daughter has an apartment in Austin, so at least I won't have that cost.
This is something I would love to experience first-hand - of course cost must be somewhat reasonable (less than $500 per ticket on turn 15 - wishful thinking!)
