FWIW she's just filed bankruptcy citing $30,000 in unpaid rent as one of her debts....her house is in foreclosure partly because the owner did not pay the mortgage out of her $3,000 monthly payments in a rent to own agreement. She has initially listed nearly $1,000,000 in debt and a scant $50,000 in assets...likely a large cavernous storage unit.
