$50k doesn't seem out of line to me if the car is a mostly rust-free driver. Right now, a #1 condition matching numbers 72 or 73 S coupe will bring $125k+ It's impossible to tell what this car needs from the few poor photos though. Could be an easy fix, could be a money pit. A lot depends on how much "free" rust is included and the condition of the engine. If anyone has seen the car in person or knows anything about her history, I would like to know more.
