It's a 2002 so its a 3.6. The best upgrade is to get the L&N 3.8 piston and cylinders. I don't know any places in CA but a know a great shop in NY but after shipping back and forth and then having a shop do the install will cost a crazy amount. I'm sure that there are very reputable indys in your area. Alway go with them. Good luck. I have a 2002 3.8 upgrade. You WILL not be disappointed.
