There is no perfect person, and even if there was, people change over time so it will be gone anyway. You have to make compromises, as we all do in life in general.
Take a chance, make a change, do something completely unscripted, random and new. In other words no more excuses, get off your ass, and make something happen. Find out where the object of your attention lives (that should be easy) go knock on her door at 4:30 in the afternoon and ask her out to dinner. Put her ass on the spot, take control, grow a pair, but for Gods sake man DO SOMETHING!
The worst thing that will happen is she will say no. Guess what, you will hear that a lot in your life, we all do/have, deal with it, it is a fact of life.
Women don't like spineless guys any more than they like bullies, but here is a news flash, bullies get more women than jellyfish. If you spent half the time doing instead of excusing, you would be able to rub elbows with Hugh Heffner. Now go get her.
