It seems to work that way with dairy cows. Holsteins have big udders and can drop 10 gallons of milk a day. But with humans - the size of size of the ta-tas does not really seem to correlate with production. I've seen large breasted women who don't make diddly for milk and small/average breasted women that make enough for several children.
I guess it's like having an RPM engine instead of a large displacement one!

Size does NOT always count.
