Hello, my name is Fred and I have a problem. I can't seem to stay away from Sam Colt and his products! Revolvers, pistols..... love them all! Here is the latest one to come live at my house. It is an 1895 Colt New Army and Navy revolver in 38 Long Colt chambering. Yes, I know, that is the round that got lot's of US service men killed in the Phillipines while fighting against the Moro tribesmen. However, it is approximately equal to the .38 Special with a 158 grain bullet moving out at about 850-900 fps. Anyway, this example was born in 1901 making it 111 year old! I hope that I look as good when I get that old! Can't wait to source some ammo and go pop a few caps.
