After installing front oil cooler, ready to start for first time- what to do?

Just completing installing a Mocal cooler and flexible lines on a 1974 911 that had no front fender cooler. About ready to start for the first time. Have questions on this procedure.

- Do the lines and new cooler have to be "primed" and filled with oil?
- How much extra oil should be put in (if at all) initially upon start up versus a normal oil change?
- How much extra oil capacity is actually added with the lines and cooler?

Note the Mocal oil thermostat is being used.

Are there any concerns with getting this running the first time? Please advise and thanks in advance.

Jeff 1974 911.
