I'm not fussy, A "naturally brewed" soy sauce, Japanese, on the lighter side - that's good enough for me. I don't use much soy sauce and it is mixed in with lots of other stuff, so I don't see the point of being too picky. That said, if this thread turns up a nice soy sauce that isn't too expensive, I will try it.
