Better value than Veuve whatever. Wouldn't spend more per bottle for a party though. Our favorite is Delamotte. Mid $40ish and more interesting than the first two in our opinion.
Then again, I'm bottling cider and strong belgian style beers in Gruet (of NM) bottles. Darn fine domestic for $13/bottle - and the same 26mm crown cap that every non-twistoff 12oz beer uses. If I were you I'd order 5 cases of Gruet and ship the empties to me...
