Hi all,
The ride is from San Diego to North County San Luis Obispo with out going thru Los Angeles.
The dates are 6-29 thru 7-1.
Here is the idea, For northern riders,
Friday meet in San Diego area/ Oceanside grab a common hotel and hang out, (Make fun of Sergio and Ralf).
Saturday southern riders and northern riders meet and head east thru the back country around LA heading toward the back way into Lake Arrowhead and toward the first nights stop in Ojai.
We’ll find a common hotel and have some fun.
Sunday head on Hwy 33 to 58 then it’s the back roads.
After the days riding southern riders have the option to get a common hotel for the night or ride back. Northern riders head home.
The idea is that it will be two days riding with a third day in transit. The difference, as you can see, is that the southern riders travel day will be at the back end of the ride while the northern riders transit day will be in the front.

Rules:
Equipment reliable, charged batteries, fresh tires with enough tread for trip,(no bald tires), proper safety gear,(no chucks tennis shoes nor jackets without armor etc). no arseholes,(we have ways), no one left behind. No one to leave without letting someone know, (important, we will be looking for you if you don’t).

What this ride is to accomplish is to bring together old friends and new.
As Brad Z has said many times this isn’t a race, there are no big breasted women holding 5’ checks and a huge trophy at her feet. This is a fun ride with people who adhere to the Pace and who know how to ride as well as newer riders.
