My bad. I used to pop a cork on Sundays with friends over for brunch but now, I pop a bottle cap. My lady friend brews beer and makes wine, and has expanded into mead. Mead, as it turns out, is wonderful. She uses champagne yeast, which makes the tiny bubbles. Taste's much better than champagne. Cheap champagne, anyway.
