I have an old Black & Decker that I inherited from my wifes grandfather. It is from the late 50's early 60's and is a brute. All metal. Last week I was in Walmart and was in the auto section and they had Campbell Hausfeld stuff on clearance. I picked up a 1/2 inch gun in a plastic case WITH impact sockets for $10.00 !!! I plugged it into an air hose from my 60 gallon commercial compressor and this new gun has some balls. Hard to go wrong for ten bucks. I have said it many times in my opinion you will use your air tools IF you make it easy to use them. Most guys their compressor is buried under crap, the air hoses are a tangled mess and the air tools can't be found. My garage I have three air drops inside, one at the front and one on each side. I have one outside. They all have either flex hoses or hose reels and they all have quick connects. I turn on the compressor and have instant air anywhere in or outside of the garage. All the air tools are in one place and easy to get to. It literally only takes me 30 seconds to be up and running.
