Guess I'll have to weigh if it's better to replace the lexan whenever we move out of this house, or have to resand/paint the door annually. At some point we'll run out of door to re-sand and have to replace it.

Any other ideas for sacrificial material to cover the interior side of the door to protect it from my dog?
