I went to a call like that once......"Woman without any pants- Naked" We were first on scene and she indeed had no pants. She was drunk, 5' tall and 5' wide. As we were loading her into a ambulance we asked her where her pants were.......She said "I pissed them so I took them off"
It's never a cute 110 lbs 20 year old girl that does something like this.
