Glad that guy was caught. No question in that matter, unless otherwise. That behavior is extremely reprehensible, though not quite on the same level as actually molesting or raping an infant. Still, good catch.
Interesting to note though:
In current legislation, this "child pornography" concern is the excuse for pushing CISPA/ACTA/SOPA through congress. It gives Hollywood corporations the ability to shut down large parts of the internet at will. The Federal DHS is apparently now involved as a "national security" issue.
Those bills puts viewing an "illegal" movie or listening to a music file on the same level as raping a child.
