My tps values also don't go from 0 - 100. I think that's pretty normal depending upon the vehicle and reader. I bet if you spoke to other folks with the same vehicle, they'd see similar readings.
Well, there's always atmospheric pressure, right? So should you always get a reading? My car doesn't support a maf reading through the obdii, so I can't compare.
