I can eat pretty fast, again courtesy of the USN, learned it in Great Lakes, IL.
I find that if I do not eat after 1800, weight is not a problem. I read a study recently where they had two groups of lab rats, one group ate whenever they pleased, 24/7, other group ate between 0800 and 1600 with no food in between. Same amount of calories, group that fasted for 14 hours was lean and mean, other group was fat. Maybe it works on humans too.
