This is the method I was instructed to use for aluminum heads: Remove plugs from a warm engine. Upon reinstallation use a high temperature anti-seize lubricant (copper or nickel based) "sparingly" on the spark plug threads. The operative word is sparingly for the anti-seize is electrically conductive; if one gets the anti-seize on the sparkplug insulators or on the outside of the spark plug wires, there can be arcing and electrical breakdown. Also, for 911 heads, reduce sparkplug tightening torque to 15 ft-lbs since the ant-seize lubricant has increased the mechanical efficiency of the threads and more of the torque is going into thread stripping force. Cheers. Jim
